My research spans through scientific workflows, multi-agent AI systems, and high-performance computing, driven by one question: how do we make large-scale computing infrastructure usable by the scientists who need it? A central thread is co-design, treating scientific productivity rather than raw performance as the target HPC systems should be built around. Tools such as the Agents of Intelligence framework, a human-in-the-loop multi-agent system deployed in support of the National Data Platform, aims to coordinate specialized agents for hardware selection, model recommendation, and knowledge extraction. I also contributes to the WfCommons ecosystem, and most recently to efforts on the use of responsible AI in Indigenous language revitalization.
